Once you’ve booked your Floorplan Design Review, we’ll send you a briefing document to better understand your project goals. Please provide a copy of your existing layout so our team can prepare.

We’ll then schedule a briefing call to discuss your objectives and confirm the details of your design brief.

Receive Your Site Analysis

Our team will prepare a comprehensive Site Analysis for your project.

This document includes your existing floor plans, site context, sun path, prevailing wind direction, vehicular and pedestrian access, key views, and noise sources, offering insight into your site’s opportunities and constraints.

Initial Floorplan Design Workshop

Next, we’ll schedule your first workshop meeting with Georgina and a Senior Associate.

In this collaborative session, we’ll present your initial floorplan design, explore different layout options, and gather your detailed feedback. (multiple workshops and plan options applicable for our Premium Floorplan Review service)

Refine and Revise Your Design

After reviewing your initial floorplan, you can share your feedback and comments.

Within one week, we’ll provide a revised floorplan that reflects your feedback.

We will continue refining your design based on your feedback until you’re completely satisfied and the floorplan meets all your requirements.

Finalising Your Floorplans

Once you’re confident that your masterplan meets all your requirements, we’ll prepare your final drawings as scaled black and white PDF and DWG files. These are ready for builder, consultant, and cost feedback.

If you require additional services, such as Authority Approval documents or Interior Detail Design, we can arrange a call to discuss next steps. (full colour plans and Interior Design Workshop pack applicable for Premium Floorplan Review Service)

What is the difference between the Classic and Premium Floorplan Review?

The Premium Floorplan review is designed for more involved and complex projects. This includes multiple meetings with Georgina where you can workshop your plans in real time. The Classic service includes a single meeting and is best suited to simpler layouts.

My house is over 300sqm, can I still book the Classic Floorplan Review?

Yes, you can. However, homes over 300 sqm often come with more complex planning requirements. For this reason, we usually recommend the Premium Floorplan Review so there is enough room to work through the details with care.

What is the timeframe of your services?

Once you confirm your engagement, our team will be in touch within three days to book your briefing call. You will then receive your first round of floorplans within two weeks. All services include a first workshop meeting with Georgina, where she will walk you through the issues we identified and the changes we recommend. You can then share your feedback with the team, and we will return your revised plans within a week. Premium Floorplan clients have the option to meet with Georgina at this stage to discuss feedback and receive real-time revisions.

Is this an international service?

Yes, our Floorplan Review service is available worldwide. We have worked with happy clients from Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe, Asia, and more.

Does this service include calls/meetings?

Every Floorplan Review includes an initial briefing call with one of our team members to discuss your objectives and confirm the details of your design brief. The Classic Floorplan Review includes one meeting with Georgina and a Senior Associate. The Premium service includes two or more meetings as required
